I feel so resourceful.
Made crispy roasted chicken & veg for dinner.
Separated leftover chicken for pulled chicken tacos tomorrow.
Making homemade broth on the stove with the now naked chicken carcass (will go in the freezer for later…that is—the broth, not the bones!).
Puréed acorn squash from dinner to use in Heidi Swanson’s brown butter spice cake (currently baking).
House is nice and warm from the oven.
